Let’s talk about corporate culture. Why do people hate some companies, while remembering others fondly — even years later?

  • What can make you to stay at your job forever?

  • Can a company be like a family?

  • Would you stay at a job with a low salary but amazing colleagues? Or leave for a high salary but lonely work? Why?

  • Can a great company culture be copied? If one company has a famous "good culture" (like free lunches, dog-friendly offices), can another company just copy these things and get the same results? What is missing?

  • Why do some people stay at the same job for 10 years? Name two reasons that are NOT about money.

  • Some companies have "anonymous feedback" systems. In theory, people can say the truth. In practice, people are still afraid to write anything critical. Why does anonymity not always solve the fear?

  • What is worse: a boss who controls everything you do, or a boss who never talks to you at all? Why?
